What are your check-in/check-out times?

Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Is WiFi available?

Yes, complimentary high-speed WiFi is provided throughout the property.

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes, we provide airport collection services from Yola Airport. Advance booking is recommended.

Do rooms have air conditioning/heating?

Yea, our rooms are fully airconditioned

How do I make a reservation?

Option 1: Online Booking

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

For Chalet Bookings:

  • Free modifications/cancellations up to 48 hours before check-in
  • Late cancellations (within 48 hours): 1-night charge applies
  • No-shows: Full reservation fee forfeited

For Event Center Bookings:

  • 30-day notice required for full deposit refund
  • 14–29 days prior: 50% refund
  • <14 days: Non-refundable

What is your cancellation policy?

A. Accommodation (Chalets):

  • Free cancellation: Up to 48 hours before check-in
  • Late cancellation (within 48 hours): 1-night room charge applies
  • No-show: Full reservation amount forfeited

B. Event Center Bookings:

  • 30+ days notice: Full deposit refund
  • 15–29 days notice: 50% refund
  • <15 days notice: Non-refundable

C. Special Packages (e.g., weddings):

  • Custom terms apply (specified in contract)

Refund Processing:

  • 5–7 business days for bank transfers
  • Credit card refunds may take 7–10 days

Exceptions:

Force majeure (floods, strikes) or medical emergencies (with documentation) may qualify for waivers

How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

1. Instant Confirmation (Online Bookings)

  • If you booked via our website, you’ll receive an automated email & SMS within 5 minutes containing:
    ✅ Booking reference number
    ✅ Check-in/out details
    ✅ Payment receipt

2. Manual Bookings (Phone/Email/Walk-in)

  • Confirmation is sent within 2 hours via your provided contact method.

Digital Payments

Bank Transfers (Direct to corporate account)

Do you require a deposit?

1. Chalet Reservations

  • Standard Stays: 30% deposit required to confirm booking
  • Peak Periods (e.g., holidays/festivals): 50% deposit

2. Event Center Bookings

  • Social Events (weddings/birthdays): 50% deposit
  • Corporate Events: 30% deposit (LPO/invoicing options available)

3. Payment Methods for Deposits

When will I be charged for my stay?

1. Reservation Deposit

  • When: At time of booking
  • Amount: 30% of total (50% for peak periods/events)
  • Method: Card, bank transfer, or cash (onsite)

2. Balance Payment

  • Chalet Stays:
    • Due at check-in (or 24 hours prior for online check-in)
  • Event Bookings:
    • Due 7 days before event date

3. Incidentals & Extras

  • When: During checkout
  • Covers: Restaurant/bar charges, laundry, etc.
  • Hold: NGN 20,000 pre-authorization on cards at check-in

4. Special Cases

Corporate/Govt Bookings: Net-30 terms (approved accounts only)

Non-Refundable Rates: Full payment at booking

Do you accept payment in foreign currency?

Accepted Currencies

All transactions are processed in Naira (NGN) only.

We do not accept direct cash payments in USD, EUR, or other foreign currencies.

  1. For International Guests

Card Payments: Visa/Mastercard transactions are automatically converted to NGN by your bank.

Bank Transfers: Must be sent in NGN (ask your bank for FX conversion).

On-Site POS: Cards are charged in NGN (dynamic currency conversion not available).

  1. Currency Tips

Check exchange rates with your bank before transferring.

For large event deposits, we recommend using cards for real-time FX rates.
